Strategy Overview

The Tactical Bitcoin Strategy is a diversified alternative strategy designed to optimize Bitcoin’s alpha characteristics with lower volatility.  The AI Tactical Bitcoin Index (AITBCS) is published in Bloomberg.

The strategy seeks to capture the upside move in Bitcoin while providing downside protection when the algorithm determines Bitcoin has moved or has begun to move to a risk-off position. The Fund was carefully designed to precisely realize a portion of the upside return in Bitcoin while using two non-correlated assets to reduce the downside volatility. The Fund will incorporate tactical exposure to gold and cash to minimize the downside.

The strategy can dynamically tilt exposures and accelerate weights toward the strongest models.

• Bitcoin to Cash: Adjust exposure to Bitcoin or cash (Daily) 
• Bitcoin to Gold: Adjust exposure to Bitcoin or tactical gold (Daily)
